It is color-coded and the key contains notes explaining each of the activities. The reason it is called embrace the pain is because each of these activities incorporates a pain factor. Especially getting out of bed, but that might just be me.
All of this is part of a rehab plan I put together from years of research. I want to establish a baseline and hopefully soon get on Spinraza and really see some changes. In reality I can’t do any of this without volunteer help, so I greatly appreciate your sacrifice or crazy curiosity. Either way thank you!
