On Saturday I posted on Facebook that I was about to start doing something some people consider a little bit “evil” — flooding my feed with food content for the first weekend of every month. If you’re here from that post: welcome. This is the fix I built.
I love food. Talking about it, sharing it, finding new places to eat it. Food is one of the best ways to explore someone else’s culture, and the creators making the content I share put in a ridiculous amount of work to bring these recipes to us. Around the first weekend of each month, I curate as many food posts as I can find, share them on Saturday and Sunday — and then they disappear, because Instagram.
So starting today, everything I share on the first weekend of each month gets archived right here at iccesar.com/recipeez — saved, searchable, scrollable. Expect a new drop every month.
This time I’m spotlighting three standouts I couldn’t stop thinking about, followed by the full list of everything else worth a look.

I always want to try what he makes, but this is one of my favorite tacos al pastor, and I love his take on the recipe and how it was made. To me, he’s just legendary!

Bacon is one of my favorite things on the planet! So I’ll always post a recipe with bacon in it. Shrimp wrapped in bacon is definitely one of my top favorite dishes — but these stuffed shrimp wrapped in bacon? Oh, my mouth is watering just thinking about it!
