Go With The Flow

On my previous post I talked about acceptance. Acceptance of what the Universe has to offer. I’ve learned to be grateful for what the Universe has to give, especially if there is something I get to learn. I’ve found that the Universe is more likely to surprise you if you’re not complaining! Last post I shared an experience at a pizza place that was not accessible.

Yes, there is comfort in having a set pattern in life. I just feel there is so much we can miss out on. I am the person that enjoys having a set pattern. It is my life to have a set pattern. My flow is dependant on the flow of others. Without their wonderful help, I would not get out of bed, be able to eat, go to the bathroom, or get back in bed_ From these experiences I’ve learned to go with the flow.

This one time I couldn’t find someone to help me at night. I try to have a super emergency person I can call on. The person on call was my friend Jayden. This night was not going to end well…

I give him a call and we start talking. I tell him the issues l’ve ran into today, and then he asks, “Have you eaten yet?” I told him I hadn’t, but I should have said yes! See, Jayden LOVES Burger King! So, betere coming over he got a few whoppers, fries & Onion rings, milk shakes, and maybe even chicken nuggies! It’s been so long I can’t remember, but it was a Lot of food. When he got to my place we ate the food while we watched Star Wars! After that he helped me shower and then into bed. It was a long night, but fun… Until the following morning.

I wake up the next day feeling horrible! I had to call my morning person and asked for extra time! I also called Jayden to see how he was, he was still asleep and was fine for the rest of the day.

Sure, things did not go or ended as l’d like, but l will always be grateful for my times with Jayden. We always got food and watched Star Wars. This was the one time it made me sick, but again, I don’t regret it. I like being flexible enough to have moment like these, and welcome them.

Adios!
